How to Bend Strings on your Electric Guitar

This guitar parts video is about bending strings. When you bend a string you are basically tightening the string. This has the same effect as moving your fingers up the string. If you start on the 9th fret and move it up you will be going to go up a whole step. You can get that same effect by bending the string. What you end up with is a string hthat is tighter when pushed up or down.
